Manish Raisinghan Talks About His Relationship with His Sasural Simar Ka Co-Star Avika Gor

Ever since Manish Raisinghan and Avika Gor starred in super hit soap Sasural Simar Ka as a pair, many rumors did rounds about their off screen relationship.  The rumors just kept on going to an extent that Manish’s and Avika Gor’s age difference was cornered.

The duo has always been in news after being starred as a couple in the soap.  The reason could be that they shared an amazing chemistry as wife and husband in the soap.  The rumor mill never gave up on making up new rumors about the duo though Manish is much older than Avika in real life.

Though the rumors went high, the duo maintained a healthy relationship with each other.  Avika has long ago quit the show Sasural Simar Ka, but now the duo is going to star in a short film together.

When asked about his relationship status with Avika in an interview with a popular daily, Manish said “The gossip affected me in the beginning and I was stupid enough to maintain a distance from Avika. I became conscious and irritable during that phase. The rumour made me sick. But later, I realised that if my intentions are clear, why should I treat her any differently? I have never dated her; she is almost half my age. We are compatible, but I have never seen her that way. Anyway, such loose talks don’t affect me anymore and we meet for work now.”

Manish talks about Avika and their relationship

When asked the same, Avika said that she feels the same way as Manish.  She said that she shares a great chemistry with Manish because of the friendship and warmth that they share with each other.  She went on and said that Manish is just few years younger than her father and so there is no scope for any romantic involvement.

She said that they share a unique bond of friendship, which is inexplicable. She also said that their relationship is based on understanding, respect, honesty and maturity.  We are best friends and he is a strong support system.

Avika and Manish met on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka, a popular daily soap that airs on Colors.  The show started airing in 2011 and is still continuing with good TRPs.

Meanwhile, Avika has done two movies in South and received much love from the audience.
