Baahubali 2 has broken dozens of records at the box office and the juggernaut does not seem to be stopping anytime soon. The film’s actors have also become national superstars overnight even though they were Tollywod stars in their own right.

1. Prabhas
Prabhas is one of the most popular Tollywood stars and has done number of superhit movies like Darling, Mr. Perfect and Mirchi before doing Baahubali.
2. Rana Daggubati
Rana plays the antagonist (Bhallal Dev) in the movie. He made his debut in 2010 through the movie – Leader. He has done a few Hindi movies as well – Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Department and Dum Maaro Dum.
3. Anushka Shetty
Anushka is one of the leading ladies of Tollywood and has done some of the highest budgets Tollywood movies including Arundhati and Vedam.
4. Tamanna Bhatia
Tamanna is the only actor in Baahubali’s star cast who has done leading roles in high budget Bollywood movies. She was the leading actress of some mindless comedies like Hamshakals, Entertainment. However, none of these movies have done well. In addition to these Hindi movies, she has also done a number of hit Telugu movies.
5. Ramya Krishnan
Ramya has done 200+ movies in languages including Tamil, Telugu and Malyalam. She started acting at a young age of 13 years. She has also acted in the comedy movie – Bade Miya Chhote Miya – along with Govinda and Amitabh Bachchan.
