While second one includes simply cooking it and then later cooling it down. Choose the one which you find suitable for yourself.

Place the water and fennel seed in a glass and leave it overnight. In the morning take this in a pan. You can add black salt for the taste. Boil the solution and bring it to half.

Quick procedure

Take a deep pan and bring the water to a boil. Instead of boiling water, you can also use water from the kettle. Now add fennel seeds and switch off the flame immediately.
Leave the solution to cool it down. Once it is cool you can consume it. To avoid repeating the whole procedure daily, you can make large batches and store it in the refrigerator.
