It is a proud moment for all Indias, as Fifty-eight Indian Army staff created a new world record by riding on a single motorcycle at the Indian Air Force (IAF) base in Bengaluru, army sources said.
In a magnificent performance of deadly work, a team Army Service Corps (ASC), famous as ‘Tornadoes’, rode a 500 cc Royal Enfield motorbike for 1,200 metres at the Yelahanka Air Force Station. The act was implemented for the Guinness Book of World Records, Limca Book of Records and Unique World Records, stated by Defence Ministry of India.
The corps who were performing dressed in a Tricolour, the troop was headed by major Bunny Sharma on the forefront while the heavy-duty bike was directed by Subedar Rampal Yadav as other group members circled them flanks attached with the two-wheeler.

Their first appearance was in the 9th Asian Games in 1982 in Delhi, later on, they performed in around 1,000 shows across the globe. The fact states that the ASC team contains 19 world and national records, which consists one by 56 men riding a motorbike in 2010.
“For last 10 months, all 150 members of the team have toiled hard sacrificing sleep and family time to achieve this, making this 20th record by the team. The practice was important as it was to bring together such a large number of people on a constrained and most importantly a moving object,” team leader Major Sharma told news agency ANI.
