Taimur Ali Khan has turned one and the proud mom and dad celebrated their lil munchkin’s birthday (December 20) with family in Pataudi Palace last week.
Whilst Chotte Nawab and Bebo commemorated their kid’s first birthday with a detailed theme-base and food bill of fare, two key people were not there – Saif’s loving daughter Sara and dashing son Ibrahim (from his first wedding to actress Amrita Singh).
As per a source that both Saif and Sara are near to Kareena and are frequently seen enjoying bashes with Saif and Kareena at their Bandra house, so when Sara and Ibrahim didn’t become part of the birthday party in Pataudi, it took many in B-Town by shock. Both were seen at their fitness centers the entire of last week as they didn’t reach Pataudi. But before people begin giving their opinions there’s a rift between the brother-sister pair and Saifeena, they will be mistaken.
“Fact is, Sara was prepping with the Kedarnath crew as she has been continuously shooting for the film for over two weeks now. While Taimur’s birthday was on December 20, her schedule was for the next few days after that and her director had wanted Sara to stay back for some workshops. It’s a challenging film and Sara is completely focusing on her debut film now,” the source added up.
The two enjoyed some special time with their mom Amrita as well.
The source added that Ibrahim is in Mumbai on his Christmas holidays as he is studying in London and he also decided to enjoy some time with Sara as they are too close.
Both Sara and Ibrahim are very near to Saif and Bebo and love Taimur so if they were not present at the party at Pataudi there is nothing more to read into it.
Bebo’s sister Karisma Kapoor with her kids Kiaan Raj Kapoor and Samaira Kapoor, mom-dad Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor and cousin brother Karan Kapoor attended Taimur’s bash in Pataudi together with Taimur’s grandma Sharmila Tagore and sister Soha Ali Khan with hubby Kunal Kemmu and their cutie pie Inaaya Naumi Kemmu.
Bebo’s BFF Amrita Arora Ladak with hubby Shakeel Ladak and their sons was also there.
Whilst Sara and Ibrahim couldn’t be present at Taimur’s bash in Pataudi, both attended Saifeena’s Christmas bash on Sunday night.
