Akshay Kumar’s brother-in-law and Twinkle Khanna’s cousin Karan Kapadia has already started making headlines even before his debut movie. Karan is going to make his debut with Tony D’Souza’s film this year.
But before that, we hear that he is dating a hairstylist, Nikita Gossain. Sources say that “Karan and Nikita met through common friends three years ago and sparks flew. The couple has been in a steady relationship for some time now. Nikita has studied hairdressing under Adhuna Bhabani at ‘B Blunt’ and currently works at the Affinity Salon.”
The source further added, “Nikita is a regular at Karan’s house. Twinkle Khanna, Akshay Kumar and Dimple Kapadia are well-aware of the relationship.”
Talking about Karan stepping into Bollywood, the source added, “Karan wanted to be an actor when he was just 14 years old. Akshay and Twinkle didn’t seem to believe him when he talked about his Bollywood aspiration,” to which Karan had said in an interview, “They didn’t see it coming because I’ve always been an introvert. But, once I told them, they were extremely supportive. They both warned me that it won’t be an easy journey ahead. At the time, I was this chubby kid who thought I only had to lose weight and bagging films thereafter won’t be too tough.”
After Karan’s mother died in 2009 due to cancer, Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna, and Dimple Kapadia played a supportive role in Karan’s life. In fact, Akshay was the one who introduced Karan to the Director Tony D’Souza who has earlier directed movies like Boss and Blue.
Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna will most probably be making a guest appearance in Karan’s debut.
