TV actress Disha Vakani, who shot to fame as Daya Ben from SAB TV’s Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma has been away from the small screens for quite some time now.
The actress has been on a maternity leave since November 2017. Disha, who married Mumbai-based Chartered Accountant in 2016, was blessed with a baby girl last year in November. Disha worked till her 8th month before going on a maternity leave.
Her die-hard fans are eager to see her back in the show since then. Recently, there were rumors about Disha quitting TMKOC. However, there was no official confirmation. The show’s producer Asit Modi had told in a statement that Disha has really not given a nod to comeback or to quit so even he is not sure about it.
A source revealed, “We are in touch with Disha to start the shoot. But she has yet not given a nod. Considering her baby is very small, production is willing to be understanding in terms of timing and schedule like we were in the final months of her pregnancy. But she wants to focus more on her personal commitments at the moment. But we are trying very hard to bring her back on the sets asap.”
Well, Disha is almost away from the media since the time she has delivered the baby and also we didn’t get to see the glimpse of the lil princess till now.
And now, we came to know that Disha has named her lil princess as Stuti Padia. Wow, now that’s quite a beautiful name. Stuti means Praise or Goddess Durga.
Seems Disha is in no mood to get back to work soon and wants to make most of it with her lil angel. Well, we hope to see the actress soon on screen and also share some beautiful pics of her darling daughter.
