1. Virat Kohli

He’s among the world’s fittest cricketers and his breakfast include omelette, spinach with black pepper and cheese, one whole egg and some salmon or bacon. Besides, he also takes green tea and lots of fruits. He also consumes red meat regularly and to burn the calories, he indulges in rigorous workout. Taking about his favourite food, it’s Japanese Sushi.

2. MS Dhoni

The 36-yr cricketer is one of the finest athletes of the world and the secret of his energy is his favourite food product, i.e., milk. He takes about 4 litres of milk (mostly in the form of milkshake) daily. With the consumption of dairy items, he gets the appropriate dose of calcium that is necessary for his work schedule. Apart from this, butter chicken, chicken tikka pizza, kheer and gajar ka halwa are among his favourite dishes. Other than cricket, Dhoni is interested in football and badminton as well and to build his stamina for playing various sports, he hits the gym on a regular basis.

3. Sachin Tendulkar
