Everyone has physical needs, but some are unfortunate enough to not be able to experience it due to some or the other reason.

He just has one way to make himself happy i.e. look at the poster of an adult actress and satisfy his feelings.
When his father notices his urge for physical relation, he does something which he would remember for life. Yes, his dad gives him the best birthday gift!
