Alia Bhatt has gathered immense stardom ever since she made her entry in Tinseltown. Mahesh Bhatt’s super talented daughter marked her presence in the glam industry with SOTY. Over the course of time, the actress has been performing just awesome! Raazi was a blockbuster, and so was her performance in the flick! Despite her forthcoming movie, Gully Boy. The actress is now in buzz because of her fabulous apartment. Yes sir, the cost of which will boggle your mind. It is only common that luxury calls for cash; celebs pay some crazy amount to get what they wish for. And it seems that Alia is definitely among those!
As per a media report, the actress has got her hands on a beautiful and luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu. The 2,300 square feet property seems to be a paradise, as it cost Rs. 7.86 Crores! Don’t be shocked!
However, Alia being Alia paid Rs. 13.11 Crores (which is almost twice the original price) and became the proud owner of the property. Interestingly, it’s on the very first floor. It was mentioned that Alia Bhatt had spent a whopping Rs 65.55 Lakh as stamp duty for the same. Reportedly, there are two spaces to park the cars.
