Prime Minister Narendra Modi is one of the most popular leader on social media platforms — Facebook and Instagram. On Twitter, PM Modi has 45.4 million followers which makes him the third most followed person on Twitter globally. Few days back two people fell in love with each other after they supported the prime minister. Recently, Jay Dave from Gujarat posted a photo of him with a girl, both wearing ‘Namo Again’ t-shirts. The duo claimed that their love story started after she ‘liked’ his comment supporting PM Modi on a Rahul Gandhi’s Facebook page.
Jay Dave comes from Gujarat’s Jamnagar assembly and he recently got married to Alpika Pandey from Bengaluru. Alpika also supports Modi and soon after she liked Dave’s comments, the two started dating each other. While Jay is 29, Alpika is 18-year-old fashion designer.

Thanking Modi, Dave wrote on Twitter that they met and found out that they both support Modi as they want to ‘live for India.’

However, in a twist of events, the tweet by Jay went viral but he later on deleted it. However, Jay said it was deleted accidentally.
There are misconcpetions in media and social media that accidental deletion of the viral tweet was due to the amount of trolling received.
Fact is just like Modiji, I m used to criticism and trolling, my commitment towards the nation is unaffected by what trolls.

She said Jay has used her picture without her consent for his publicity. She also accused him abusing her physically and mentally, saying that she even attempted suicide.

According to media reports, Alpika is staying with her parents in Bengaluru at present. However, her in-laws are pressuring her to delete her tweets.
However, Alpika has made it clear that she still is a Modi supporter and it has got nothing to do with her personal life.
