Popular Hollywood film ‘The fault in our stars’ is going to have a remake in Hindi by Casting Director Mukesh Chhabra who is going to make his directorial debut with the movie. While Mukesh had already announced his male leading actor last year, who is talented Sushant Singh Rajput, the leading lady has also been finalised, who is also making his acting debut with the movie, Sanjana Sanghi.
Recently, Chhabra revealed the name of the actress and it will be played by the young 21-yr old Sanjana, who was also seen as Nargis Fakhri’s sister in the movie ‘Rockstar’. Talking about her, he said, “I met Sanjana while casting for Rockstar and found her to be a dynamic girl with great energy. After a few years, she reconnected for a few ad jobs and this time she came across as a mature young lady and to my surprise, a fabulous actor. I knew instantly that I would love to make a film with her one day. Once The Fault in Our Stars script was ready, she fit right in. She’s the perfect face and I can’t wait to create magic with this talented girl.”
Apart from Rockstar, Sanjana was also seen in the movie ‘Hindi Medium‘ as young Saba Qamar. Now the girl is all set to make her debut in the lead role and will be seen with Sushant.
The Fault in our Stars is the story of a 16-yr old cancer patient who is forced by her parents to join a support group, where she meets another cancer patient and falls in love with him. The American movie was released in 2014 and was directed by Josh Boone.
