Sonam Kapoor’s husband Anand Ahuja is getting media attention not only for his marriage with the Bollywood fashionista but also for his love towards Nike shoes. In their wedding reception, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja opted for outfits that are creating major fashion trends. They wore outfits that were stylish yet comfortable. Both of them are famous for their style statements and are related to the fashion industry which made their wedding to be a big fashion event.

Mr Ahuja who is a Delhi based fashion and lifestyle entrepreneur wore sneakers for his wedding reception. This is something very unusual for an Indian groom and shows how cool is the choice of Sonam’s husband. Talking about the outfit, Anand was dressed in a black sherwani teamed up with white churidar. Sonam Kapoor too chose a different colour unlike other brides. She wore a combination of grey and white.
Sonam’s husband is the son of Harish Ahuja who runs country’s largest export house “Shahi exports”. Anand Ahuja is the founder of clothing line “BHANE” and India’s first multi-brand sneaker boutique “VegNonVeg”. Sonam Kapoor too wears the outfit of his brand “BHANE”.
Anand has done his schooling from American Embassy School, Delhi and completed his post-graduation from Wharton School at the university of Pennsylvania. He is also the managing director of his family owned company “SHAHI exports”. The company’s annual turnover was around INR 5,000 crore last year.
Sonam and Anand met in the year 2014, through a mutual friend and stylist Pernia Qureshi. Post wedding the couple will fly to Cannes for attending the film festival. This big fat Indian wedding of Anil Kapoor’s daughter is ruling the internet these days and pictures of the couple are getting viral on social media.
