On the work front, Kangana will be seen in much-awaited historic drama Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. The movie also stars TV actress Ankita Lokhande who plays Jalkari Bai, along with that the movie will also see actors like Jisshu Sengupta, Sonu Sood, and Atul Kulkarni. The movie is being helmed by Krish, the film will be releasing this year, however, the date is yet to be finalized by the makers.
Kangana’s last two films Simran and Rangoon did not perform well at the box-office but there are a lot of expectations from Manikarnika.
The actress will also be seen in Mental Hai Kya which also stars Rajkummar Rao in the lead role.
