Though it is hard to believe, it is the truth says her dietician Rujuta Divekar. Her dietician took to Instagram yesterday to share the secret food behind Kareena’s fab abs. The secret food is nothing but pulao and that too she is having it for dinner.
Rujuta Diwekar posed the picture that had ‘Killing the pulao and getting abs.  That’s what’. The caption read, ‘Because girls who eat rice in the night have the last laugh.’

No kidding! Kareena Kapoor Khan has rice for dinner, every single night because as her dietitian says #RiceIsNice.
Talking about her diet in a media interaction, Kareena had earlier said, “Usually, when the next day I have to go ahead and shoot; I simply have dal/rice or ‘pulao’ and ‘raita’. Also ‘kichadi’ is something I prefer eating for my dinner. People have a wrong notion that if they eat rice they may put on weight. This simple diet has ample amount nutrition and keeps your weight in check. Hence I feel light and surely look slim and proper on the screen!”

Kareena’s upcoming flick is Veere Di Wedding that co-stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Sikha Talsania.
